This was our first time in Canada. It was a very quick weekend trip to Victoria, BC, and we loved every minute. In the first image, you can spot a bride and groom on the steps of the Parliament building. When they were around back, we walked by them and Tova let them know, very clearly, "my parents are already married!" We all burst out laughing. It was a great start.
Tova took those last two on our return ferry ride home.
Places pictured: Parliament, The Empress Hotel, Bastion Square, Christ Church Cathedral, and Beacon Hill Park.

A Ferry to Canada
I hope you've all had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays. I can't believe 2013 is here. David and I celebrated 6 years of marriage this past weekend, followed by Tova's FOURTH birthday on Monday. The festivities continue on, and I'm looking forward to some down time starting next week!
We're pretty excited about how close we live to Canada. This was our first visit -- to Victoria, BC. Here are some shots from the ride on the Coho that took us from Port Angeles to Victoria Harbour. (We left the same day we saw the lavender in Sequim.) The photos from Victoria are to come!
Best wishes for the new year!
