This was our second trip to Mount Rainier's Paradise Point. We were in complete awe at how the terrain transforms from spring to summer. I just couldn't believe that the place where we climbed through mounds of snow was now dry and covered with warped trees, grass, and beautiful flowers. (My favorites are the Western Pasque flowers, also known as Old Men of the Mountain.) We had such a great time hiking the trails and jumping through (or over) little rivers. It's absolutely gorgeous.
I highly recommend hiking Paradise Point in August and April for two completely different experiences. Let us know if you go!
