Tova's Big Girl Room
Probably not last year. Probably 2009.
Tova's room at the apartment we lived in before our current house. T was about 3 months old when we moved. [above]
And her beautiful new room, that she's had for several months now! [below]
Koko La Lune, on the left, is from our trip to France. Eva, on the right, was ordered from a French etsy seller.
We decided that once Tova was potty trained, she'd get a room redo. She loves it. So do I. ;)
For a personal update, things have been crazy around here. We went to Thailand, had a great trip, experienced an amazing wedding (and documented it), and came home to a big rush. David moved to Seattle that weekend, and he has been gone for just over a week now. We're still figuring out dates, but it looks like Tova and I will move just after the weekend of January 7th, when my Florida photography obligations are wrapped up (a few more photo shoots and then assisting Kate Headley for a West Palm Beach wedding!!). Among it all, David was accepted to UF's online MBA program for 2012, so we'll be factoring any travel he needs to do for orientation in to our moving date. It's all craziness! But we do have our house in Seattle that we'll rent for the next year figured out. It's all coming together. We appreciate all of your prayers and well wishes. :)
I hope you're having a wonderful December!
Xoxo, Kallie

ReplyDeleteit is BEAUTIFUL! i love this.
ReplyDeletewhere is her bedding from?? lovely =)
ReplyDeleteThanks! The duvet cover was from Urban Outfitters. Not sure if they still sell it or not!
ReplyDeleteI am in love with this room! Where is the bed from and what size is it? It looks like Pottery Barn kids. My daughter is 2 and I'm looking for inspiration. I have a modern/vintage taste and this is fantastic. I don't like "theme" rooms either which makes this room even better. It has such a grown up feel!
ReplyDeleteHi there,
DeleteThe bed is indeed a twin bed from PBK. My daughter has had the room for two years now and still loves it! Best wishes with your planning.
