Tova's Fourth Birthday Party

I am so excited to share Tova's fourth birthday party with you! Tova was dead set on mermaids this year, and I love how Becka, of the Disney Baby Blog, labeled it "Part of Your World". I really tried to create an atmosphere for the girls so they could feel like they were a part of Ariel's world. And I didn't break the bank! ;)
