A Ferry to Canada

I hope you've all had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays. I can't believe 2013 is here. David and I celebrated 6 years of marriage this past weekend, followed by Tova's FOURTH birthday on Monday. The festivities continue on, and I'm looking forward to some down time starting next week!

We're pretty excited about how close we live to Canada. This was our first visit -- to Victoria, BC. Here are some shots from the ride on the Coho that took us from Port Angeles to Victoria Harbour. (We left the same day we saw the lavender in Sequim.) The photos from Victoria are to come!
Best wishes for the new year!

  1. I love the first shot with the ropes! Great framing! I need to go on more mini-adventures so I can shoot them more often. Maybe I can convince Jesse to take me on one in the next couple weeks!

  2. Thanks, Victoria! I love that shot, too. ;) David and I crave traveling. It's just in our blood, but the bonus is it keeps me inspired. I just love being able to take photos with no agenda. :) Hope you get a nice trip!
