This was our first time in Canada. It was a very quick weekend trip to Victoria, BC, and we loved every minute. In the first image, you can spot a bride and groom on the steps of the Parliament building. When they were around back, we walked by them and Tova let them know, very clearly, "my parents are already married!" We all burst out laughing. It was a great start.
Tova took those last two on our return ferry ride home.
Places pictured: Parliament, The Empress Hotel, Bastion Square, Christ Church Cathedral, and Beacon Hill Park.

I've only ever been to Victoria in the winter-time when she's covered in snow. Was this in the summer time? It looks positively magical!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Yes, this was in July.
ReplyDeleteMy fave place ever. I miss it a lot. I used to live in WA and went over frequently but now I'm back on the east coast.
ReplyDeleteHi Kallie, I came across these photos of Victoria - they are beautiful! My name is Julia and I work for Destination British Columbia. Do you happen to have an email that I can reach you at? I wanted to ask you a quick question regarding one of your photos. Please let me know the best way to reach you. Cheers, Julia
